An item I sold in jan 2021 has now been returned to sender to me (ie the seller)so I wish to get back in contact with the buyer to rearrange delivery...... but as it's now July I am unable to see / access any of the sales records ? How do I get eBay to allow me to view ?
BACKGROUND: it was sent to a NI postbox which due to brexit closed shortly after item was posted. It's taken my Hermes six months to return it to sender ie me the seller !
