Ebay says the item is resolved when it is not and cannot speak to anyone

I see you have closed the case of my request to cancel my purchase and to return my payment via PayPal to you as I have not seen ANY REFUND FROM YOU in my PayPal account.  Neither have you SENT the purchased item. I trust you will honor my request and refund my purchase back to PayPal or do you intend to actually post the item to me as I have not received the CHANEL Bleu De Chanel 100ml Men's Eau De Toilette  If I do receive the item I will then have to Contact eBay for you to provide a Return Postage Label to return the item to you and collect my refund which really is not necessary if you NOW REFUND my money of £74.02 back to my Paypal Account.  I am sure you do not wish me to submit a negative review on the eBay Page or take it further with eBay and Paypal. I await your payment into my PayPal account within the next 3 days before taking the matter further. Yours faithfully
