I bought a walking pad and it is crazy noisy, much more than in any video of it, I messaged the seller who asked me to send them videos which I have done. They haven't confirmed what they are doing in regards to replacing it, refunding or fixing it. I have asked for a refund via the eBay request link and have been sent a returns label for upto 2kg, obviously my item is alot heavier than that a delivered by courier. I have tried to get eBay to step in but it says to go to other actions on the buying listing and I have tried but that option isn't there, see photo. Any idea what I can do.

I ordered 2 pairs of sliders 1 red and 1 blue the red pair have arrived and the blue have not but in error I closed the case against the blue pair and still havent had them. they are for a birhtday pressent so need to know if they are coming or do I get a refund

Hi, I tried to but something on eBay but they payment failed but is still on my pending balance I have not bought anything yet the money is pending to come out. Has my money gone or will it go back onto my bank account balance?

Over Three weeks ago I sent parcel next day delivery signed for , the parcel arrived proof of delivery , Royal Mail scan picture of gps coordinates , but on same day it arrived to customer he stated it never arrived even on the day he tried to put a claim in with Royal Mail messaged me said I have to put claim in , I didn't of course as I have all proof it was delivered even Royal Mail confirmed it was delivered as I contacted them . The problem is eBay paid me the money but they have minus the payment till case settles but I have not heard anything from eBay or the buyer in 3 weeks . What happens now ?how long do they keep it on hold ? Any help would be appreciated thanks

I want to view a piano before I make any commitment to buy. As ebay block all direct communication how is it possible to set up a viewing. I would not commit to spending over £1,000 without viewing the item. Many thanks

I purchased an item. Tried PayPal and could not get it to go through - went round in circles and ended up taking it 4 times, but eBay rejected. I ended up paying cash and collected. Now seller needs a code to prove that it has been collected. Where do I get that from? I use laptop and seller uses mobile app. Thanks.

Sold by nezha 2019 I have contacted supplier and had no response since June 11th 2021 . It well within the guarantee so needs sorting out how do I get a refund please it has had minimal use and is not fit for purpose.
