have closed the did not arrive case in error on some blue sliders sent by nigel-ar

I ordered 2 pairs of sliders 1 red and 1 blue the red pair have arrived and the blue have not but in error I closed the case against the blue pair and still havent had them. they are for a birhtday pressent so need to know if they are coming or do I get a refund

taking that the case was an eBay case - you should be able to open a case with whatever payment method you used, for example PayPal.
