Hi, I recently sold an item to a person in Spain from the UK. The item was posted early, prior to payment (I know a silly thing to do and not something I will repeat). The item arrived but payment was never made. I tried to raise an issue with the buyer but had to work through the Ebay site in Spanish, thinking I was going onto a range of options I selected a button that then cancelled the transaction. I did not mean to cancel it and have found no way of reversing that decision. How can I correct it and make the listing currently outstanding in terms of payment? Hi, I used to be able to go to the postage labels link and reprint an existing postage label. Now it appears the option has been deleted. I can now only 'Print another label' (a new label from scratch), 'Void', 'Print Packing Slip' or 'Print a proof of postage'. This is a bit of a pain if anything goes wrong with the label print I have to void and start again. Anyone else noticed this change ? Thanks...!   ... View more

I Received an offer to buy an Item I was watching for £130 instead of £140 so I asked to look at it to compare it to my old part, he agreed so I drove 20miles each way and it was right I asked if he would accept £120 he said no he was loosing money so I said ok I will give you the £130 but he said no I pointed out he sent me the offer of £130 and he said not for that wheel I replied it was the only wheel I was watching and I could show him the offer he just said I am not selling and shut the door, has this happened before is it normal behaviour so that was 40 mile round trip for a strange experience.  ... Hello, Does anyone know how Import Charges are applied when an item is listed as Buy It Now with Offers then sells at a lower Offer value. I recently sold items into the EU from the UK via the GSP - some were straight Buy It Now and others were Buy It Now with Offers. The Buy It Now with Offers items sold for about half of their Buy Value but it looks like the Import Charges were still based upon the Buy It Now value. I deduced this from the fact that I had an item that sold for more money via a straight Buy Now ( when compared to the other item sold on Offer ) and it incurred a much lower Import charge. I must state that all of these items were shipped from the same UK address to the same address in the EU and all were the same weight and size. I have spoken with ebay and they currently can't give me any answers. I need to fully understand how this GSP Import charge works with items sold as Buy It Now with Offers. I get the feeling that there may be a huge number of people being overcharged on Import Charges - it could be a GSP software issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated. ... View more

I had an item removed for copyright. Which was just a resale of an item I purchased a few years ago.   I posted the item but not allowed to mark as despatched at the item is not available due to being removed. Would I still get paid for the item I sold?   thank you  ... View more
