A buyer from France says I sold him a item that failed after a short time. I have no record of this person buying anything from me and I told him this 5-5 times, I asked for his details 3-4 times and nothing is returned. I spoke with cutomer services and agreed that I should just block the buyer, I was also told that this would also stop him from messaging me, but the messages still keep coming, what can I do to stop this?
