WHere the hell is it, been going round the houses now for 20 minutes!
Ok i bought an item & it clearly didn't fit. Despite hinting it was UK supplied it came from China. I started a case as i clearly couldn't track return it due to cost. Ebay stepped in & said that i should wait until the seller contacted me. They never did. They then said that they would do it, but in the meantime the clock ran out on the return & the hace has been closed. I cannot speak to them & there's no option anywhere to appeal the decision as i was only following Ebays instructions!
