I bought a walking pad and it is crazy noisy, much more than in any video of it, I messaged the seller who asked me to send them videos which I have done. They haven't confirmed what they are doing in regards to replacing it, refunding or fixing it. I have asked for a refund via the eBay request link and have been sent a returns label for upto 2kg, obviously my item is alot heavier than that a delivered by courier. I have tried to get eBay to step in but it says to go to other actions on the buying listing and I have tried but that option isn't there, see photo. Any idea what I can do.
