Hi, I bought some earings on Ebay back in January. With Covid they said that it could take along time. After the delery estimate time went, I asked the reason for the delay. They told me that the earings had been sent and that they would ckecked with the courrier. After a while, I asked for a replacement or refund. They decided to send a replacement, but same thing happened again. Today I tried to get Ebay involved but I can't press the more action as it is not there and I can't speak to anyone on the phone. They are still trading. Can anyone help please? Thanks.
