Checking previous orders, history etc.

Hi, I used to be able to check my order history etc. but not anymore. Whats happened?

Nothing. Purchase History covers present year and twoprevious years.

Have you used the Drop Down Menu top right of purchases page.

Yes, I have used the drop down box, it tells me that there's nothing in my history, when quite clearly there is
