You can't or if you could you are unlikely to get a reply. What is wrong with using HELP & CONTACT the clue is in the word CONTACT. Scroll down for Contact Options which are Live Chat and Call Back, but these are not available 24/7.

In any case is it really necessary, most things can be solved by asking on here, or entering the subject in HELP & CONTACT and reading the answers. In most cases you only need ebay if it is about your Account or Personal Details.

I've tried the resolution centre. It has to be the worst help centre I have tried to use. Every option I choose leads me back to the same thing. Just coming down from boiling mad to furious 🤬😡
