Hi,
I bought some earings on Ebay back in January. With Covid they said that it could take along time. After the delery estimate time went, I asked the reason for the delay. They told me that the earings had been sent and that they would ckecked with the courrier. After a while, I asked for a replacement or refund. They decided to send a replacement, but same thing happened again.
Today I tried to get Ebay involved but I can't press the more action as it is not there and I can't speak to anyone on the phone. They are still trading.
Can anyone help please? Thanks.
You only have 30 days from the estimated delivery date to open a case with eBay so you are now out of time.
You can try Paypal if you paid that way as you have 180 days from payment to claim item not received

Do this asap as you may be near/over their limit too,if so try claiming from whoever you paid with ie credit card/bank etc.
