I have an item I need to return to seller after Ebay stepped in. However no return label was provided. Will Ebay pay full fee including cost of posting or how do I get to claim it. This is because the seller did not provide cost of posting.   The item is being returned because the listing did not highlight true condition of item during listing. Infact seller said "excellent condition" but there were stains and marks which should have been highlighted but weren't. ... View more

Any one else been forced Into having to get an account with Payoneer because E bay are restricting your e bay store until you have a Payoneer account? Then when you have a payoneer account E bay will not let you connect It to your e bay account because e bay will not accept your billing address even though It has been accepted & approved by Payoneer, and you have had the same billing address for twenty years? ... Already added bank account in early June, when asked to add before. What happened to my  Information if it was not done by eBay previously. Have been contacted again by eBay to add bank account a month on from previous request. Has anyone else had this happen? if so where did my financial details go?? when I completed this request last time on June 01st. Hi all,   I did post about this when it first happened assuming it's a one off but is now happening repeatedly.   over the last 2 months I have recieved about 10 "returns" with various ebay IDs and transaction IDs, recently the numbers have increased and this week I have refused about 5 parcels from royal mail which are all clearly ebay returns that have nothing to do with me.   I haven't sold anything on ebay in nearly 2 years. Someone is giving out my name and address and I'm slightly concerned someone is going to show up at my door at some point soon demanding a refund or someone will try taking me to court over defective products.    I managed to get through to someone on the phone once and they didn't know how to act and had no interest in taking the matter further.   What can I do at this point to solve this? ... Hi I am just dealing with my first ever return FROM a buyer who doesn't want an item and needs to send it back to me in order that I might refund them. I seemingly went through a process whereby I paid to have a label made out/sent to the buyer - it cost about £3+ I took this route in order to ensure I was compliant with Ebay's laws. When I look at my Ebay account I cannot find concrete evidence that this has been done other than a process line showing a status of Return Started. Can I assume the 'labelling' has been automatically dealt with by Ebay? Do I need to take any further action until I received back the item, checked it over, then deal with the refund? I've recently received two orders which were both not as described or pictured and also has parts of the order missing. I opened a return request ref. the above and proceeded to return what i'd received. since returning the first items the missing parts of the order have now been delivered. I've looked at the returns request already opened but cannot see a way of returning the other items on the same order.
