Hi.. my gf has had her account suspended.. she's had no email to the reason why... sold  and bought items were all shown as paid, delivered or collected..   There's £98 pound in her ebay account which hasn't been transferred.. she can't sign in to see messages or send ebay a message to find a solution to reinstated her account (This is why I'm on here asking for her)   Been through ebays contact us and it isn't working...   Anyone have a telephone number direct to ebay, london to sort this out   TIA     ... How can ebay allow a seller to just cancel an item, I was laways under the understanding that once purchased it was alegal binding contract, obviously not as ebay are not bothered to the point that I cannot leave feedback. Hi... Am I missing something?  Whatever I try, I cannot get the click and collect option to appear on my listings, even though I've used it with great success in the past. So... I've opted in  for c&c in my preferences, Í'm not selling restricted items, my packages are always within the stated weight and size restrictions, and I offer dispatch within 1 day. For a while, I wondered if its because I use Hermes to ship my items ... but have since used click and collect for items that I've purchased which have delivered by Hermes, so it can't be that. Is it just me or is anyone else having problems when it comes to the end of the auction and the item doesn't sell, there is a relist to click but all it does is take me back to my listings for sale. Also when the time is ticking down and someone bids it doesn't show until the auction is over. Leaving feedback is hit and miss and I can't leave feedback for someone who buys more than 1 item, unless I go into feedback forum.
