Trying to return item but no address

I'm a seller and a buyer. Dungarees listed as 12 actually an 8. Need to return. No response from seller despite 2 requests. Can not move beyond " choose a carrrier" option in returns and time is running out. Help please

If you are the buyer then you open a "not as described" case in the resolution centre.  Do not contact the seller as opening the case does that.  The seller will [or should] send a label to return] if not then escalate the case after 3 full business days.  

It's not a "return" case and if you have opened a return [change of mind for example] you will need to pay the postage yourself.

If seller still has not sent label eBay may well refund without return

Do not try to do anything outside eBay.
