Open a Not as Described case here https://resolutioncentre.ebay.co.uk/ and wait for your seller to send you a tracked return label, if they haven't ent one after 3 working days escalate your case for ebay to step in.

You do not need to go to all this trouble.  Do not contact the seller simply open a "not as described" case in the resolution centre.  Not a return. 

The selelr will send a label and you send it back.  Whether private people can send perfume through the post I do not know.
