Returned items

I recently bought an item which was faulty I could not print off return as I don't have access to a printer I returned item through Royal Mail and still haven't had any refund and don't believe I will eBay say case closed ?? I don't understand that if I still have no ££ yet

If ebay won't do anything if you paid using Paypal you can try them.   Open a "not as described" case here:

Enter your return tracking number and escalate it after 2 days and before 20 days.
