I purchased an item on a Friday, and it was not due to be delivered until Monday. There was no delivery on Monday yet on Monday the Royal Mail tracking information showed up as having been delivered at 9:27 on the Saturday. I contacted the seller and asked for a refund and at the same time bought the same item from a different seller. The new seller cancelled my order after payment stating there was a problem with the address and the first seller opened a dispute with eBay who closed it, finding against me and there would be no refund. I don't know if this is an unfortunate set of circumstances or a scam. I have cctv coverge from two systems on the front of the house proving that no delivery was made all weekend and shows me on camera at 9:34 on the supposed day of delivery. I told the seller this in our communicatoin and eBay aren't interested and there is no possible way of contacting them. I am pretty disappointed that despite my claim that there was no delivery and my insistance that I can provide proof, eBay aren't interested at all and have provided no means for me to state my case. I use eBay less and less, and this is yet another reminder that what was once great is now flawed every time I come to use it. I would like to email eBay to state my case and draw their attention to their unfair process. This whining message is the closest I can get to having a voice. Not sure I'll bother with eBay again unless I really have no alternative. Do eBay have an email address for customer complaints about eBay?
