An item I'm sellin on ebay has been removed by ebay under reasons of counterfeit. This is not the case however and is an error on eBay part. How do I get the item re listed?

Thank you for your answer. This does not make sense. There are many adverts on ebay for this exact item. Why have I been singled out? Surly if it was a brand wanting to ban the item being sold it would apply to all adverts for this item?

Reports to ebay are anonymous, every listing has report link, but I suspect it was brand owner through VeRo.

How do I speak to ebay to discuss the VeRo?

Your biggest issue is that you are trading illegally as unregistered business seller, 

so brand owners will be suspicious your items are fake!

Upgrade now before ebay close you down, you are already on their radar.

In short you do not.  It is not fake it is just that the brandholder does not want the label sold on eBay so registered with VeRO.  Ther's a thing about it at the foot of most pages.  If you try to relist you risk being banned I am afraid
