I purchsed an item at the buy it now price & paid. the seller cancelled the order and retuned my money. The reason for the cancellation they gave to ebay was the item is no longer available. the seller messaged me saying the but it now price was wrong & have relisted the item at a higer price. I bought a child's wrap dress as 'new without tags'. An item - hifi speakers -  was shipped as two separate parcels - USA to UK - one arrived several days before the other in perfect condition, the other arrived severely damaged. The  seller has agreed to contact Ebay & attempt to claim compensation as the speakers were insured, however I also wish to report that one of two items was damaged beyond repair in transit, but no such link appears to exist on Ebay - it's extremely well buried & I cannot find it anywhere - HELP!    Thanks,   Matt ... Buyer has just cancelled a small order and has been refunded. I have received 2 x messages from eBay stating the details of the refund. Details OK. I am just concerned that buyer may have received 2 x refunds to fall in line with me receiving 2 x messages from eBay. Incidentally, I had 2 same items for sale on the listing but buyer only bought 1.   My PayPal account is not showing anything to do with this transaction. Can anybody clarify for me. Thanks ...
