Where to fill in credit card details to bid on Knive sets

I want to bid on a cutlery set but message comes up to fill in credit card details below but I cannot see anywhere below to sign

Using a PC/Laptop ... place a Credit Card (Monthly statement) on file to purchase Knives/Cutlery on the UK site ... an everyday use Debit Card will not be accepted ... My eBay > Account > Payment information  >
