Item not described correctly, what should I do?

I bought a child's wrap dress as 'new without tags'. When it arrived I noticed that the inner part of wrap had an obvious tear that had been stitched amaturely and definitely wasn't new....I mentioned this to the seller who denied all knowledge but offered a refund if I sent it back. My issue is I'm happy to send it back but I don't want anyone else to be duped so

not sure if it should be reported?

What your seller does with it once she gets it back is not your problem but if she lists it again and doesn't mention the tear someone else will use the MBG like you have and be refunded.

That's what feedback is for but you need to give the seller the benefit of the doubt first.   It could be an oversight.
