Item Damaged by international shipping agent

An item - hifi speakers -  was shipped as two separate parcels - USA to UK - one arrived several days before the other in perfect condition, the other arrived severely damaged.

The  seller has agreed to contact Ebay & attempt to claim compensation as the speakers were insured, however I also wish to report that one of two items was damaged beyond repair in transit, but no such link appears to exist on Ebay - it's extremely well buried & I cannot find it anywhere - HELP!

You open ebay case for not as described, if they were 2 items, you open 2 cases.

Escalate after 3 working days if not resolved.

You don't have to wait for seller to claim, that is their problem not yours & may be a delaying tactic on their part.

Open & escalate case & get your refund.
