eBay in their wisdom have suddenly curtailed the number of messages to quite a low number sometimes one a day for sellers to use.
No idea why, no sensible reasoning for such a strict number being allowed for some, but you are not alone, many are complaining.
Could even be a glitch who knows, there are so many, could be worth trying later on in the day, or tomorrow.
