Stolen item

I've had an item delivered but stolen. I put in the 'message to seller' not to leave outside buy Hermes ignored and left outside. I've contacted the seller who just sends me the delivery photo of where it was left.

Sorry, but as seller can prove delivery, you won't win any ebay case.

You beef is with Hermes, but they are very difficult to contact.

Replacement already on its way. Its the sellers responcibility to get me the product i bought from them. You dont just post it and wash youre hands of it, thats really poor!! Its the sellers customer service, feedback and reputation as a seller, not the couriers.
