Hi guys. I ordered a massage tool and it randomly stopped working after around 6 months or so. We later realised that it came with a 1 year warranty. I contacted the seller and they stopped replying to me after a couple exchanges. I purchased a hoselock spray gun from a private sellar it was new in April. July it's now faulty and doesn't shut off. Contacted Hoselock as this product has a 5 year garentee and they said as I wasn't the original pruchaser they will not replace or repair it as it's only the original purchaser that has the guarentee. Good morning, I asked eBay to resolve a case where I've not received 2 of the same item purchased. Ebay refunded me for 1 item but not the other and I'm having trouble finding where I can contact eBay regarding this, every help and contact section just leads me in circles and I can't find where I can actually contact eBay directly. For the second time in two weeks some of my items have been removed  Im selling none branded mini figures I have not used the lego brand name and make it clear that it is in no way associated with the brand The first lot that was removed i contacted ebay seller support only to be told tuff and no further information was given on why   Send lot to be removed again i contact ebay support and this time i was told i used stock photos, this is not the case as i took the photos myself then i was told i need to upload proof of authenticity to my listing, but i have never seen anyone else do this an im dubious whether it will make any difference   After reflection i still don't know why my listing was removed   Why can't ebay ask for proof before removing items, i had two sales that i have now lost because of this      ... Hi I bought an item, went and picked it up locally and paid cash for it. The seller has now marked it as cancelled, which reflects badly on me presumably so they don't have to pay the commission. There is no way that I contact ebay to update this on any of the pages I have seen I have the item in my house now, surely that is proof? ... View more

Has anyone had a problem with their donations since ebay started making direct payments?  My donations used to be taken from my paypal account afer approx 20 days and a receipt issued but this has now stopped. I still have paypal set up as my preferred method of making these payments and other paymnets such as packlink are still going through as before.
