Hi guys. I ordered a massage tool and it randomly stopped working after around 6 months or so. We later realised that it came with a 1 year warranty. I contacted the seller and they stopped replying to me after a couple exchanges. How can I contact eBay so they can help me with this problem?
The seller seems to be trying to slip out of this situation.
