Hi all,

Buyer picked up item without QR code. She told me she would send it to me and now isn't replying to my messages. So the item is saying arrange collection still.  If I just leave it is there any comeback on me from ebay? Any advice would be great. Thanks

this is a new system ebay has intoduced so sellers can mark items as collected

you can bypass the need for a code by using the full site, not the app

use the drop down menu next to the item and mark it as paid and dispatched
