Good morning, I asked eBay to resolve a case where I've not received 2 of the same item purchased. Ebay refunded me for 1 item but not the other and I'm having trouble finding where I can contact eBay regarding this, every help and contact section just leads me in circles and I can't find where I can actually contact eBay directly. It's only a couple of ££, but any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Go back to the resolution centre and open another casae for the other item and escalate it after 3 full days.
