Sunny here & getting warmer. On my way to the gym before work. Had to stop going when mum first went into hospital way back in october then with 2 weeks of her dying I was in plaster & I've ended up piling on so much wieght through lack of exercise & comfort eating so got to get back into my 3 times a week in the gym routine. Thank god it's got air con & each machine has it's own built in fans
Good morning, feels like it's going to be a hot one!
I had to get up as the window cleaners were here. Hubby's gone out and although he'd paid them I like to give them a coffee before they go. It was strange getting dressed in the bedroom with two men talking and rattling on the bedroom windows!!

You mean that doesn't usually happen CG?!?!?!
Off to my Craft Group this morning, then catching up on housework this afternoon.
How come CG gets 2 window cleany men when I only get one?
Have you seen how many windows I've got gina, and the size of some of them? 
I am a stem cell,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, a good thing........
and Rainy has millions .............................. and tomorrow, hopefully, after 4 and a bit hours with needles in both arms, all my blood shall be rotated and the Blood Transfusion Centre shall extract the good cells and kill the baddie cancer cells. The stem cells are then frozen, until such time as my old body heals a bit at home, and are then re-inserted, leading to remission from the cancer I have. Please God. Sometimes you have to go through it more than once, but I don't care if it means I get to live.

Hubby just found out today his first two lots of chemo will be 2nd and 23rd September.

Went to the gym this morning & spent £350 on a personal trainer, her only remit is to get me down to at least a size 14 again before my holiday. She reckons it'll be easy, I think she'll try to kill me 🙂
