I would still recommend opening up the return case as you will be able to add the evidence of photos to show how you received the product. Cases are dealt with on a case by case by basis so reach out to our cases team through customer support and they can review the details with you.

Thank you for your message. eBay works around the clock to ensure all item reports are reviewed and to do proactive work to remove unauthentic items from the site.
We work with right owners through the VERO programme and also have authentic guarantee schemes to support sellers in this space.
In regard to the VAT numbers we are unable to take action on this here and would recommend for this to be reported to the HMRC.

If the seller had processed it correctly as a cancellation/INR the voucher would have come back on the account. The seller didn't process it as a cancellation. They gave a direct refund of the full amount £12.99 ( (£10.49 + £2.50) so the £2.50 was given back in the refund total amount.

Hi Ebay Community team
I am still having issues with delivery times. My dispatch days are set to Mon - Wed and Friday every week. I never work on a Thursday.
Yet items purchased late on a Wed afternoon are still being shown as delivery on the Friday - the day they will be dispatched.
Also please could we be able to change our cut off times and it be effective immediately - I had an emergency this week but couldnt change my cut off to reflect the fact that I would not be able to dispatch any more items. And the same with holiday settings - please can we be able to start holiday with immediate effect. We dont always have advance warning of situations that arise. When you work on your own there is no backup

The delivery date calculation is based on other factors as well as dispatch. It also takes into consideration previous performance so can take into account if previous performance has shown items were being dispatched on Thursdays.
With regards to cut off times and time away settings taking effect immediately I will raise this with our shipping team.
