Past purchases

Why cant I find any of my past purchases ?

I try to find the past two/3 years and it comes up with nothing found

Can anyone help, please ?

On a pc https://www.ebay.co.uk/mye/myebay/purchase then on right 'see orders' use drop down to select year

Using app myeBay>purchases>refine>select year
