Money out of my account

Hi I ordered something from seller it was for filters for an aquarium the money has gone out of my natwest bank account but nothing has come back for an order so £11.49 has gone somewhere so how do I get it back please

Has a reasonable time passed your item's last estimated date for delivery,  and you have not received the item?

Then,  if the seller is not being helpful,  go right of the item purchased,  and from More Actions select....  I Have Not Received My Item.

If you are not fully refunded within 3 days,  you must escalate the case on day 4 or within 30 days from opening the case,  and eBay will step in and force the refund.

Do not close the case early for any excuse or promise the seller may give,  and do not forget to escalate.

Hi I have just rang the bank and the money has gone directly to eBay it hasn't gone to any seller or anything so how do I get my money back 🙃 Sent from my Galaxy

As tressy says :

Open an 'item not recieved'  case with ebay.

Ebay will give you your money back.
