Yesterday I arrived home to find a delivery note through my letterbox saying that the delivery company (Yodel) had left the package on my doorstep. There was no parcel on my doorstep or with my neighbours. I contacted the seller regarding this as the package I ordered from them was tracked on Ebay and sent them a photo of the delivery note. They confirmed that the package had been delivered, but I cannot find it. The seller has stated that if I think the package is missing, I should raise this with Ebay to request a refund. However, I do not know how to do this as the tracking information on Ebay states that it has been delivered, so I cannot raise a claim for a missing item.   Thank you. ... View more

I commented recently I have not received a tablet ...from may and today was the last delivery date .   I have no prior experience of something not arriving and i wrote an email thinking it was to ebay . after completing it it said sent to seller . Later a reply from ebay they have given the seller till the 1 August and if I have not heard then to get in touch .   But in my purchase history it says ... seller not with ebay ... i cant imagn he or she will get in touch .    cheers  ... Re: communication problem with seller. I baught a lantern clock 2 weeks ago, I asked the seller a question about the clock a few times a couple of days before the auction ended, I got no response.  a Couple of other bidders asked questions about the clock before the auction ended and the seller responded to them.  I also messaged the seller a few times before the auction ended and I got no response.  I won the auction and payed for the clock. one week later, the clock still isn't posted, I sent the seller a message asking him when the clock will be posted and got no response and the clock is still not posted as of Today.  I looked at the seller's feedback and I found somebody baught something from this seller last November, had poor communication with this seller, the buyer also stated that the item they baught from him was not marked as despatched on eBay and that they considered the item as being lost in the post.  Most other feedback fro this seller is good.  It seems that there could be a tecnical issue between some buyers and this seller. I can't get help in the resolution center on this issue and there are no problems with this transactoin in paypal or in my bank account, so the sellre recieved the money but didn't yet post the clock.  I would like to communicate with the seller to to find out if the clock has being posted, and if it is not yet posted, when will it be posted. I returned an item I had bought on Ebay on 2 July.  Yesterday I contacted the seller and they claimed not to have received it.  Royal Mail tracking says that delivery was attempted on 11 July and the recipient refused delivery.  According to Ebay if Ihave'nt received a refund  by now I can ask them to step in but every time I try I am sent back to the return details on my account.  The 'have ebay call you' option isn't available at the moment.  How do I contact Ebay about this matter? ... Morning,   Wonder if someone can help me....   On Wednesday last week I bought, & immediatly paid for a, BIN item - the seller had 5 of the same item, 3 had already sold and I bought the 4th. I bought my item after accepting an offer from seller, the other buyers didn't (this may be relevant).   Over night I have received an e-mail from ebay to say the seller has cancelled the transaction with a generic 'Item is out of stock/has been damaged' as the reason. I have been into the listing this morning and only my transaction has been cancelled, as I said above, all others bought at the original price including the person who bought the last unit after me.   Can I report the seller to ebay as it's clear they picked the person who paid least to have their transaction cancalled as apposed to the last person to buy? I assume, under these circumstances, I can also leave feedback to relfect my experience?   Thank you in advance. ... View more

Hi there, The item isn't particularly late but..   Jul 09 Item purchased, £145 with delivery date of July 17th.   Jul 13 Hermes attempted click & collect delivery. No ePC code so shop rejected parcel. Hermes portal updated at 10am to say 'We need you to take action.'   Jul 15 I spot tracking entry, call Hermes and learn of ePC code problem. Contact seller explaining problem clearly.   Jul 16 I contact seller again. I'm a long ways from collection point (3+ hour return across 4 buses at cost of £9) so it'd be great if they could pass Hermes the code.   Jul 17 Seller finally responds Friday evening saying 'It must have something to do with your address. I will call them in the morning.'   Jul 18 I go to collection point as I had other items, one of which was at the end of it's 7 day hold period. Seller obviously didn't contact Hermes, site still shows they're waiting for info.   At this point, I want to walk away from this seller. I have no confidence they're going to resolve problem, I expect Hermes to return the parcel to them soon and I'm in no mood to spend another day on buses during a pandemic.   According to the terms page, I'm able to end this transaction using Money Back Guarantee (as 'the eCP code is not clearly visible...') https://pages.ebay.co.uk/sell/click-and-collect/terms.html   The question is how soon can I do so?   Thanks, Brian   Edit: I've just sussed what the 'ePC code' is... It's the unique 8 character identifier that's part of the address on a click & collect order (e.g. Spar, eCP:KJGWBXBH 12 North Road). The code changes for each item sent to that click & collect point. Hello all, Today is the first day of the Ebay estimated delivery window for a bicycle I purchased on Ebay. Estimated delivery Sat, 18 Jul - Tue, 21 Jul I was suprised to not see any tracking details - I have since emailed the seller and they have responded that they use a 'local courier' - The courier has my details including mobile number so they will probably make contact before attempting delivery. I'm sat here on Saturday now realising that I have to possible watch out for the delivery of this bicycle for the next 4 days. I feel a little bit aggrieved that I have no idea when to expect this delivery - the listing was Buy it now, Free Economy Delivery, Dispatched within 1 day Estimated within 4-5 working days. Am I simply being grumpy about this, I understand that as I bought a bicycle with a combined price for the item and postage the seller would most likely choose the cheapest/easiest courier to make maximum profit - Perhaps that was my error not double checking 1st. I have found out recently though that paying a large postage fee does not necessarily translate to a good courier company, a few sellers will just switch to a cheaper courier anyway or use a middleperson like ParcelHero who will then use any number of couriers. Still this is one of the first times I have ever bought a large item and been out of the loop when the delivery is going to happen, it's flustrating but maybe I should have been more careful when purchasing. Hi there , on the 10th last week, I bought £20 ddr3 ram for computer. On the 14th I messaged the seller why it hasn't been dispatched yet. He ignored, I messaged him again in the 16th. On one ordered and payed item this suddenly appeared: "This user is no longer registered on eBay." and the item as well as the money disappeared. At first it was registered as shipped, but has never been seen since. Now, it is not a big deal and not much money, but what happened? Since it happened I have wondered now and then. I tried to file a complaint but always ended up at something like "Send a message to the seller.", strange in itself, and didn't bother to continue searching for a way to contact Ebay through another route.
