Youdon't need to communicate with the seller just open a Not Received Case, if seller does not refund escalate to ebay after 8 days.
Whenyou have your money refunded, remember it goes back to source and if you used a Credit Card it can take 30 days, leave negative feedback and LOW stars. Just Say "Unsatisfactory Transaction" then there are no grounds for seller to get it removed.
Ebay removed the option to report this sort of seller for that sort of language sometime ago, but feedback will perhaps teach them a lesson. It seems that ebay's standard approach to this sort of problem when they can't cope is to withdraw the abiity to report.
If this was for digital delivery (??), then digitally-delivered goods can't be sold here, so aren't covered by Ebay's Money Back Guarantee. The MBG is on every listing and in various other places across the site, so have a careful read for yourself.
If your purchase was to be posted, what is the estimated delivery date on the order...? If more than a week has passed from that date, again, read the Money Back Guarantee to learn what to do.
No point in reporting his messages to Ebay. Ebay has many millions, probably billions, of members, so logistically there will be thousands hurling insults at one another every hour of every day. So there is no way Ebay can possibly deal with it. Just ignore, use the MBG to get your money back if applicable, and leave appropriate feedback and ratings.
Stop communicating with the seller and open a case for Item not Received under the ebay money back guarantee, link on every listing.
Seller gets 8 days to refund or make sure you have your item and if you haven't had either by the 9th day escalate the case for ebay to step in.
