Rude seller

Hi there , on the 10th last week, I bought £20 ddr3 ram for computer. On the 14th I messaged the seller why it hasn't been dispatched yet. He ignored, I messaged him again in the 16th. He was very rude when I said jll open case, jtz like he was scared. He said not to. He then insults me . He said its been dispatched i asked if there was ant tracking, he has 0 feedbacks Nd joined in 2020. How do i report him to ebay the stuff he said is rude and called me a cheap f.... i was very kind until he called me an idiot snd imbecile

I have bid a few times in the last day or two but for some reason it won't take my bid !
I have purchased a dress and with postage I have paid with PayPal £31 on a buy now .
But when I try and bid it just won't register it ,

Stop communicating with the seller and open a case for Item not Received under the ebay money back guarantee, link on every listing.

Seller gets 8 days to refund or make sure you have your item and if you haven't had either by the 9th day escalate the case for ebay to step in.
