tablet not received

I commented recently I have not received a tablet ...from may and today was the last delivery date .

 

I have no prior experience of something not arriving and i wrote an email thinking it was to ebay . after completing it it said sent to seller . Later a reply from ebay they have given the seller till the 1 August and if I have not heard then to get in touch .

 

But in my purchase history it says ... seller not with ebay ... i cant imagn he or she will get in touch .

Why did you send an email to Ebay...? Apart from the fact that they have no email customer support, there is no need to contact them at all. Nor do you need to contact the seller. You simply read Ebay's Money Back Guarantee to learn how to open an Item Not Received case. The MBG is on every listing, and in various other places across the site. Or use the More Actions dropdown beside the transaction on your Purchase History page, or go to the Resolution Centre (link at foot of any page) or use the Help pages (links at top and foot of any page).

 

As you say today was the last delivery estimate on the order, then you should be able to open an INR case 2 full days after that date.  The case system is fully-automated. Follow the case instructions to the letter to get your money back, and do not close the case on a promise. Closed cases cannot be reopened, and you cannot open another.

 

If the transaction is no longer on your Purchase History page (because Ebay have removed the seller from the site) and you cannot open a case on Ebay, then you must open a case in PayPal. You have 180 days from the purchase date in which to do so.
