Hi, Ive recently purchased an item to which the seller cancelled the order straight away. I was told to accept the cancellation through the relosultion centre but doing that it asks me when I recieved the refund? I dont want to fill this in as I havent had my refund. eBay removed the listing of fake Lego, the seller agreed to the return and label sent to me. I sent recorded and seller refused delivery of item. There seems to be no way to contact eBay to pursue  the refund. Is there any way to speak to someone at eBay as the tracking has stopped because of refused delivery. I bought a printer there was quite a long lead time on it, but that was no big issue the day before was meant to be delivered. I was told by the buyer. It was lost in transit only to see it reappear the very same day back on eBay same price, same postage I've had a full refund. Both bit disappointing. Is a complaints procedure. Thanks Paul ... I got a refund from a seller as the item had not arrived. A few weeks later I got a message telling me my item had been posted (I hadn't purchased anything else). With the message came two images, like lazily mocked up invoices. I did take a look in my ebay messages, but I regretted doing so and scanned my laptop afterwards. Had they arrived from anywhere but ebay I would have deleted them as a possible source of malware. Has this happened to anyone else? Thanks for your help, I hope you are all safe and well. ...
