I bought a printer there was quite a long lead time on it, but that was no big issue the day before was meant to be delivered. I was told by the buyer. It was lost in transit only to see it reappear the very same day back on eBay same price, same postage I've had a full refund. Both bit disappointing. Is a complaints procedure.

Why ever buy on here. Mine packed up recently, I ordered a new one (only a cheap one) on a Sunday from Amazon and and delivered free on Monday Afternoon.
