It's such a shame helping your " friend" by making a post using your account has drawn attention to your illegal trading activity on eBay UK.

As I'm sure you appreciate these discussions are seen by thousands not only in the UK but also around the world.

There are plenty of business sellers on eBay registered correctly who will not be too happy with your activity and I'm sure besides your " friends" account yours may well be hitting the dirt in the very near future..

It only takes a few minutes to register correctly and can save prosecution from  Trading Standards and a large fine, and a loss of your eBay account.

We are Members like you, not ebay.

We have no details of your purchases or returns. As ebay always find in favour of buyers, I can only think that they must have a very good reason for suspending A BUYER.

I see you are on managed payments and listed items yesterday so when were you suspended. Are you sure that you have completed requirements for Managed Payments which as you are an unregistered business seller I expect has been picked up by ebay.

The only thing I can see is that you admit you buy used items to sell on.

But you are trading as a non registered business with eBay.

Not only is this against eBay policy it is actually illegal as you are not giving your buyers there legal rights.

You should also realise because of your account status any of your buyers can return any of there purchases for all full refund up to 12 months from buying,. Again that is UK law.

Change your user name I'd block previous buyers open another different Ebay account.and make sure next time that all items are in reasonable good condition no faults stall hope that helps damaged goods always going to get bad feedback remember that

Dont sell fault stuff if you get bad feedback your account will be suspended this is what happens

"Your" account has not been suspended.  You have many items listed.  And there lies a problem which may well end up with your account being closed by eBay.  If that happens there is no way back.

The reason for this is that you are a business seller but do not seem to be registered as such with eBay.  When you are a business seller you are required to have several legal responsibilities.  You have to offer "returns" if the buyer asks for one and you are required to show your business details on listings.   And - oh yes - pay eBay's fees on a different basis.

On the other account this has presumably be closed due to the high level [18?] of "not as described cases".    In all my years on eBay I have never needed to open even one!
