told by buyer to accept cancellation through resolution centre

Hi, Ive recently purchased an item to which the seller cancelled the order straight away. I was told to accept the cancellation through the relosultion centre but doing that it asks me when I recieved the refund? I dont want to fill this in as I havent had my refund. Seller says he cannot refund until I have accepted the cancellation. This is the screenshot he I got sent, Why should i reply if I havent recieved it? then I will never get it

Unless you asked to cancel why should you let the seller off the hook, he intends to not honour the sale and requires you to agree so that he gets the selling fee refunded.

It is a problem of his making, decline the cancellation otherwise after 10 days he can close it. After declining then open a Not Received case to get a refund.

From what you say he hasn't even given a reason for cancellation. When sorted and you have a refund, you should leave Negative Feedback, just saying "Seller did not honor tesale".

they don't need you to accept to refund you.

If they don't refund open a not received case one day after the last estimated delivery date -
