I have emailed to PayPal four times for the last 3 weeks all I get is an automated message and no real answer. I can't see no live chat?
I am not using the phone as it may take forever to get through and is costly.
Anyone on here have been successful to get through to PayPal and in what way?
Perhaps I should write?

PayPal have been holding my money for over 21 days, nearly £40 now pending balance is expired.
Have tried capturing many times but the message says 'We are sorry, we cannot process this settlement at this time'
This is the first time I have this problem and no success.
Item ordered and sent on the same day 20th January, not heard anything at all from the customer (runs a limited company).
Now I don't know what to do as cannot reauthorised the transaction. I did find this a bit strange as this transaction has no 'mark the item sent' button?

Never had to wait too long getting thro to a real peron at PP.
When you get an automated email reply, reply to it with something like..
"no this did not answer my concern because in no way was it related to my question. If PP considers me a valued customer then perhaps you might actually take time to read what I asked you in the email I sent. Why have an email system which requires different fields to be entered and you dont read it.?"
Bit long winded but it does get an apolgetic and useful reply.
