The unbelievable thickness of Trump

.... Injecting with disinfectant, putting UV sterilizing light inside the body......?! **bleep**

Even more stupid and ignorant garbage being uttered by this fool. He should be laughed out of the White House. Sensible Americans must be so embarrassed.

Re: The unbelievable thickness of Trump

Hydroxychloroquine is a definite no no for anyone with heart arrhythmia.

The drug may have been around for a long time but that doesn't make it safer, it does require frequent supervision by a doctor and it can react adversely with other medications.

To give the impression that it's perfectly safe as Trump did, is positively reckless.

Because I have an atrophic kidney I am limited to what blood pressure medications I can take, it's a seesaw, using certain medication to lower blood pressure also decreases kidney function.

Re: The unbelievable thickness of Trump

Politics in the US is equally as bad, if not worse, than the state of affairs in this country. I recently watched some You Tube pieces about Joe Biden...was there ever a more creepy individual? Definitely not Presidential material..

With US politics, isn't it that money buys anything?

Now the mentally challenged imbecile is asking if he should take insulin, 🙄 although he is not diabetic so that would be dangerous.

I say give him everything he wants and let him get on with killing himself.

Re: The unbelievable thickness of Trump

In an attempt to rationalise this, he hasn’t done too bad for himself given his general portfolio, So how does this stack up against his undoubted difficulties as president? Are we not simply saying that he speaks his mind regardless of facts as we see them and that because he is a private sector entrepreneur, he lacks the necessary skills to be a president of the people?
I would be interested to know who people on here believe were or are standout politicians? I cannot think of any off hand!

Re: The unbelievable thickness of Trump

Many previous presidents had their good and bad points but there has never been a president who was so lacking in self awareness as Trump.

He is behaving more and more like a spoiled, spiteful child throwing a tantrum and it is very obvious to the rest of the world.

Some of his actions such as signing an executive order removing legal protection from such as Twitter from being sued over content.

He was angered by Twitter putting a check facts warning on one of his tweets claiming postal voting led to widespread fraud.

Of course that is designed to poison the well ahead of the elections, he will claim fraud by postal voting if he loses.

I don't think there has ever been a president who purposedly created so much division in the nation.

Re: The unbelievable thickness of Trump

Is he behaving like a petulant child or is he finding the stress of trying to please everyone all of the time too much? This is a guy used to getting his own way in his own business, who is used to his followers doing what he says, suddenly he runs up against obstacles and yet he is apparently the most powerful man in the world! People were aware of his idiosyncrasies and yet they still voted for him! So why are we so disparaging about him, is it because he is successful or simply because we lack the essential understanding of how business actually functions? IMHO you do not influence people in a positive way
By flying a blimp over London., accusing him of being a total prat as happens daily on twitter. Love him or hate him he needs fawning over not calling him out at every opportunity.

Re: The unbelievable thickness of Trump

Is he behaving like a petulant child.

Simple answer, yes he is, can you imaging any other president stooping as low as Trump has in his tweets or press conferences, such as accusing a journalist who didn't want to remove his mask, of just wanting to be politically correct.

He constantly lies, he says one thing one day and denies it the next, he invents conspiracies one after the other and will readily blame otherd for his own shortcomings.

Blame that is at times, totally ridiculous like trying to blame Obama for not having a vaccine for a virus which wasn't around when Obama was in power.

Even Fox 'News' is starting to speak out against him and about two thirds of republicans want him banned from Twitter.

Re: The unbelievable thickness of Trump

In which case he is just the same as many others on twitter who claim facts from fiction! It’s like the Dominic Cummings affair! You cannot go on twitter without someone dredging up something about him from years ago which I suppose should make him unemployable!
I’m not convinced that Trump deliberately lies, I think he is so used to getting his own way that whatever he says he believes at that moment.
I asked for examples of good politicians and thus far the only name put forward is Churchill, go onto twitter and you will find plenty of opposition to that individual, especially from our Bame community who are Uber critical of his exploits in India and other colonies!
You mention Obama, he is also much maligned for his efforts despite being so popular amongst many ordinary Americans!
Which May explain why trump attempts to undermine him.
Let me be absolutely clear I don’t like Trump however by whatever means he was democratically elected and therefore deserves some respect imho, I liked Tony Blair and yet he too has become a complete pariah, in part due to the exploits of social media and the pacifists amongst us. So who in your opinion has exercised the most competence as a PM or Potus
Bet you can’t name one!

Re: The unbelievable thickness of Trump

Margaret Thatcher? She had her faults, but many think she was a very good Prime Minister. Mr Trump is essentially not a politician, and is a flawed individual.I would agree with many of the criticisms of him voiced here. But he is popular in spite of those flaws, simply because he is fighting the left wing, liberal, globalist agenda. All power to him for that...if I were an American I would vote for him.

Re: The unbelievable thickness of Trump

What liberal, globist agenda?  What does that actually mean and where is your evidence that any such thing exists?

Trump has worked to divide the US into factions, he knows he has a core of far right supporters and they are the ones he is preaching to, his latest inflammatory tweets were hidden by Twitter due to their promotion of violence.

President Trump did not divide the US into factions; that is the doing of leftists in the guise of Democrats. They divide by race, culture, ethnicity, gender, wealth, profession, education and so on. If Trump wants to build a wall he’s called “racist”, if he’s anti abortion he’s “sexist”, if he tells the truth about places such as Baltimore (**bleep**hole) he’s “racist and elitist”. You can claim he lies as much as you like but what his opponents really hate is that he often tells the plain truth that appeals to many people. I’d suggest he’s the most effective politician since Margaret Thatcher.
