OK, in or out?

How about an RT poll?

No reasons, no argument, no debate just a straightforward IN or OUT.

Me? OUT.

Maybe he's crying into his cornflakes....we will have to reassure him that all will be well. I must admit that the thought of those odious Kinnocks crying over their croissants, and fastening their seat belts on the gravy train has given me little moments of pleasure....I have purred like Her Majesty! I do wonder how she feels about the result of the referendum.....I wonder if she is punching the air?

And so they should, there are lessons to learn and fears to address, far better to deal with things quickly than to adopt a softly softly Dither Dither approach so popular here.

They'll plot amongst themselves how to speed up things which benefit them and delay things which might benefit us.Wouldn't surprise me if the go in to a closed session to exclude any press so we don't get to know what they're plotting.

It's clear they've always resented us because they know that if we think our backs are against the wall that we'll work harder to succeed and often to their detriment.

Re: OK, in or out?

That's why SO many wars have started in the wider European continent, because as long as they are getting what THEY want and everybody ( their clones ) are towing the line; everything is fine...........but, as you can now see ( accept all but those in denial ) it takes very little, before they'll stab you in the back. They don't want FRIENDS, in the true sense of the word, they want CONTROL.  I'd like to find EVERY so called patriot diplomat / politician, who signed EVERY little piece of paper, over the years, slowly giving away more and more of our Country & its rights............and getting us more and more sucked into this festering BOG, that's now so difficult to get out of..........I'd beat them to a bloody pulp. How can anybody, with any sense of pride in their country, give away their very soul, as has been done and then believe there's nothing wrong in doing it..........it makes me sick to my stomach.

Re: OK, in or out?

Yes Astro, the abhorrent and loathsome Kinnocks have certainly feathered their nests, courtesy of the EU. See link below.

'There is also another piece by the Mail *ducks* dated some time ago (14.4.09) but if you open the link, it appears to have neen taken down, or archived.

14 Jun 2009 - Neil and Glenys Kinnock received more than ÂŁ10million in pay, allowances and pension entitlements during their time working at the European Union in Brussels. ... Lady Kinnock, who was appointed Europe Minister by Gordon Brown this month, was an MEP for 15 years. Her husband, who ...'

Edited. Removed the actual link, as it now refers to another copy (different topic). Maybe it's the age of it.

Re: OK, in or out?

I got that Art....thank you. It's even worse than I thought. I cannot stand them because I am Welsh, and proud. He is loathed here, because of the way he turned his back on Wales to shove his and his family's big fat snouts into the EU gravy trough. Their false sympathy with Welsh miners who had to fight hard to get their compensation for their terrible lung diseases.......I could go on, and on. It just pleases me that things are not how they would like after last Thursday.

Britain fought two world wars to avoid being dictated to by, let's face it, Germans. I'm half German, btw. People died to ensure uk could self govern. Yet now, some seem determined that we should give away more and more of our rights. They say, be in it to change it. The EU won't reform on our say so. We have no power to reform it, or we could have done it in the last 40 years. The EU is intractable.

Back in the day, Ted Heath manipulated our joining against huge protests here. They sold our fishing and farming industries down the river then, to get in. We played by those rules, nevertheless. Other EU countries ignored them as it suited.

The EU is falling apart. France just got a bail out. ?..they tried the 'ban austerity ' route and it broke them. Greece just shut all its banks and is having to get extra support, Italy is getting bailed out now.

For me, Dan Hannan MEP since 1999 says it all. He knows how it works, what goes on and wants UK out. Puts him out of a job, but he thinks it's the right thing to do.

Our laws are created in Europe by unelected people we cannot sack. 27 European Commissioners that no one elected.

Democratically elected leaders, in Greece and Italy have been forced out and replaced with Eurocrats.

Free movement of labour might not end after Brexit, admits Tory Leave campaigner Daniel Hannan:

Mr Hannan said the UK would have to accept the free movement of people in order to remain in the European common market.

"The idea of staying within a common market but outside the political integration, I think that is feasible," said Mr Hannan.

After Mr Davis asked whether that meant the free movement of people between a post-Brexit Britain and the EU, Mr Hannan replied: "It means free movement of labour."

Edit.

By the way, can anyone tell me why it takes so long to extricate ourselves from the European Super State ?

I know there is a lot of red tape, rules and regulations, in this quogmire, but why can't we just walk out of the door like a public convenience

Re: OK, in or out?

It's a bit like all those films we see about " Spectre ", " MI 5, MI 6, etc.etc  the only way you can leave is in a Body Bag.  In this instance though, they've obviously given some bored little junior bureaucratic Fart; the job of coming up with a plan.......as it would be difficult covering up wiping out an entire country, that wanted to leave.  Problem is, because the event was almost impossible in their eyes; there was no urgency........so he's only on paragraph 2.
