Out of stock items missing from "manage active listings"
I can normally view my "out of stock" items on the "manage active listings" tab, but they are not there. I have replenished stock and can't find my out of stock items.

It appears that customer support no longer offers the live chat option.Is this a permanent decision, because no information appears to have been released to explain what is going on.
search broken?
When you enter a minimum price (even 0.01 p) in the search parameters, and search (say for the word aura in sound and vision), it returns no results. Removing any minimum price returns all results.
