Variation listings - Issues editing /adding photos

Hi, I think there seems to be an issue in adding/editing photos in variations listings.

Every time I click on the photo, nothing comes up to allow me to crop or edit it. Not only that all the variation sections of where you can add the photos to them (variation title/option) greys out as well so you can't add/edit or click no the next variation to add photo etc Not sure if i'm making sense (but attached pic shows the grey part - which in turns doesn't allow me to add photo/edit etc). In this example i'm trying to add photos to the Medium size but can't get into it as the part is greyed out! 

Is this a known issue - I've tried clicking on my other variation listings and same issue - grey out part and if i clink in exist pic no edit box appears

none variation listings seem to be okay.

also experiencing this, have just had a phone chat with an ebay agent who are raising this to the tech team, hopefully be sorted soon

Thank you for the post and @safereachsystems for your reply. I have checked from this side and the ticket is logged with the tech team for this issue. Once there is an update from tech the customer support agent will advise and I will update here also.

I to have the same issue but I also find when I try to sell similar and alter a listing to suit and add photos it won't let me edit them....

I wonder if it has anything to do with older listing that I may be copying then altering. For example on new listings the photos/videos are the first thing to alter - in older listings it is further down the listing. It has been very frustrating over the last few days as I am having to create a new listing for every item I list at the moment and it is very time consuming.  I am hoping this can be resolved asap, thank you Jill

Thank you for your post. I will include this with the report with tech and add your account to the open ticket.  It is currently being worked on but I don't have a timescale on the fix. Once I get updated from tech I will post back here.

Same problem here and it started yesterday for me and by searching for a solution it seems this has happened before as there are different threads on it. None of them seem to have a solution just ways to keep going for the time being by editing through their computers/laptops etc then adding to the listing.

I did try revising the photos on one of my older listings which worked fine and gave me the usual options. I tried again with a new listing but the only option on photos is delete. To show my partner what was going on I went back to the very same older listing and now that one can't be edited either and the photo editing options have disappeared. Also like said above that when clicking on the photos  just greys them out.

Thanks Kat Kat@ebay , Yep I tried updating a variation listing last night, It was hit and miss, But it may well be ok now, Last night when adding photos to the variation option, photos got added and editing option came up. Once finished that option, it wouldn't then let me got to the other variation option to add photos. I had to save the listing, and then go back into it. Had to do this a few times as i had a few variation options on that listing that needed photos. 

Also today the quantities of the said listing then had changed completely, notice when i sold an item and it said 'last one' in stock when i added a far higher quantity to that listing yesterday. 

As mentioned it maybe be working fine, got a few other listings to add in the coming days. Will shout back if i experience issues on that.
