Can't upload photos for a new listing?

Anyone else know how to resolve this please? I've cleared cache etc.. I use the ebay app.

Thank you for the post.

There was a technical issue with images loading and not displaying on listings yesterday evening. This was reported to tech who were working on the fix and it is now resolved. Photos are showing as normal on listings.

Thanks very much for your reply.. Glad it's back to normal and i can start listing again.

I try to upload photos. After 1 hour, and 50 attempts, it uploaded 1 photo. This happens every time I want to list item. I used to be able to click on 24 photos, and they all uploaded instantly, but now, it is a half day saga of many hours of attempts just to get 1 or 2 photos. I hear many people have same problem, which puts us off listing items. Thanks.

Hi @starquality222 ,

The original issue here with photos that was reported back in May was resolved.

Are you listing on the app or desktop? Do you get any error message when you try and upload more than 1 photo?  Does clearing your cache and cookies help to resolve it?

Same here I have prepared draft list and I just checked and try to make some photo background white and after just disappeared the photo and when try upload again from phone just says: something problem try later again. But the computer works only the telephone do this.
