I have been using the e-bay app on my phone and today I went to view some listings only to find all images are not showing apart from the ones in the search. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app thinking it might solve the problem it unfortunately hasn't so I'm lost on what to do any help would be greatful.

What operating system version number are you using? What version of the eBay app?

Are you able to view items and bid or buy if you use a browser instead of the app?

No idea if this may help you, but our Community manager asks those seeing this issue, you are not alone, to make sure they have the latest update installed which is ... 6.192.0.3

A ticket is open with tech for this and being worked on. I've added everyone who has reported the issue to the ticket and once there is an further update I will update the boards.

Hiya, having same problem here in the uk, with the app, uninstall, reinstall, still out of date, goin round in circles, switch phone off & try again, been on it an hour,

Goin to leave it now till tomorrow.

Can't even down load newer version 6.192.0.3, its so frustrating.

Kat has made a recent update with news on this issue:

The latest eBay app version is no longer compatible with android 9 and below. It actually requires OS android 10 and above. If you have another device with android 10 and above you can check the most recently updated eBay app version and see if you can view images.

If you are using OS android 10 and above and still have issues with viewing images on the app please let me know. State what version you use and type of device and I'll have it looked into further by tech.
