Anyone else having trouble sharing a link direct from ebay to facebook with the error pardon our interruption. I have been sharing to fb for a long time without any issues up til a few days ago and no matter what i do it does the same thing

I've been getting this for around a week. No matter what wifi or other connection and on every device. I've not shared anything to my Facebook in a week.

Thanks for the screenshot example, it is very helpful.The moderator had to remove it as it had your name so just need to make sure to block out any personal details with screen shots as its a public forum. I was able to give it as an example to the tech team and I have added your account to the ticket. 

Once I get an update from tech I will let everyone know.

i could behere all day then trying to find managers and I don't know their names or who runs ebay. i was talking about past issues sorry that when 've asked to speak to one in chagre, they claim none are available or thta's not how ebay works. but thi suss eof the pardon our interruption form ebay is going across the globe now. seen the same messgae on other countries but in their own lanague.

I enclsoe screen shots so just a small handful that 've collected this last week. mine is top right hand corner, some are in toher countries an dlanguages displaying the same mseegae. i'e alreayd sent complaints though messnger as ebay don't give an option on their chat or e-mail box to attach an image or images ot show what i'm seeing. i nyl found on here or fracebook messneger I can attach images, it's crazy. i have a ticket number nad got a respons through ebay website to my personla ebay message box off faceboko saying they are having many people having this issue. I've treid 3 different browers and cleared chache still nothing. clearly not a browers issue judging by the amounts i'm now seeing on facebook. it shows th eebay listing link, but not the item orphoto fo the item as per what should be normal to see when you share an ebay listing.

Tech are continuing to work on this report. Once I have a further update of a resolution I will let everyone know.

Now some listings are still the same as before and some listings are working with no picture as seen in screenshot

Mine seems fixed. I'm able to share to Facebook from within eBay again.

Im still getting the same thing not working screenshot 1 - screenshot 2 no picture, cant even use the share feature on my ebay listing nothing works

Hi @mjw2939 ,

I haven't had confirmation of it being fully resolved as of yet. You can try clearing your cache and cookies and try again to see if that helps but I have no current update from tech on the fix.

Pictures are now showing thank you but i do have 1 listing that is still saying pardon etc just so your aware, i have even ended the listing and done new listing still the same so not sure what the problem is with that 1 listing, also since when has ebay done auto offers for the seller and not let the sellers know about it plus you cant bulk edit your listings to turn it off you have to do it one by one what is that all about

Tech have confirmed this issue as resolved. One thing to note for future is that some users may experience this issue if using a VPN and in those instances it may need to be turned off.

The issue occurs regardless of browser and without VPN

My links have been doing this for at least two weeks now, assumed it was something eBay were not allowing anymore, hope it's sorted.

I've tried it with raw links and also using the link generator in the eBay Partner Network page and the issue remains.

I can't see anything wrong with our account either

eBay confirmed resolved and links in Facebook are now working fine for me.
