Can’t access eBay keeps saying I need to upgrade

My eBay , when I try to access it says I need to upgrade when I try to it’s just goes back to page saying I need to upgrade. I use a  iPhone 6s Plus , operating system  I.O.S 15.8.3

You won't be able to use the App unless you buy a new phone which is Android 10 or above

You will have to use the desktop browser if you don't get a new phone
