Anyone else getting the "Sorry that's not a match" login issue at the moment?

So as the title says, anyone else getting the "Sorry that's not a match" login issue at the moment? For one of my accounts I've tried both my UserID and the email associated with it, and neither are being recognised.

 

I can login fine with my other ebay account.

I can't log into the app at all, password does not match, but it's ok on my browser. Plus the app this morning showed I was selling nothing, so I re installed, and now cannot log in

Yep, getting the same here. Can login fine on my one account but not the other. Can see the other on searches, but the feedback is all messed up on it!

Yes - exactly this! I'm also getting weird feedback issues - when I sort by "most relevant" the feedback is fine, but if I sort by "most recent" the feedback disappears!

***UPDATE*** just tried again and it seems to be working now - at least at the moment

Have just spoken to them. It is an ongoing site issue apparently and effecting a lot of people. They are hoping to get it fixed within a few hours. Not much help when I need to get orders sent out this morning but can't get in to get the details !

Yep me too. This morning on my phone app I realised I couldnt get to the selling section. I also tried to go to my account and it said it doesnt exist or something. Then on the desktop I am in seller hub but where my shop name normally would be with the total reviews, there is nothing, it is down to 0 and has no name. Its almost like they have removed my shop. Whats weird though is when I went to my home page on my phone, I could still see what I had sold and I could still get to the shop front by clicking on a product and going there from there. Also, When in the seller hub I can still see everything like my active listings. 

 

I'm just trying to call them but have been on hold for ages. Thats a first for me. I'm assuming they have loads of people on the phone reporting this. 

 

Odd, I hope they sort it soon and its not all lost.

Hi All,

 

We usually run site updates on Friday mornings. This can sometimes cause random issues while the site updates. They usually fix themselves as soon as the updates have completed. 

 

If you're still having issues in the next hour or two let me know and I'll look into it.

Hi Dave, I have recently changed my phone and I am having issues logging into the new phone. I have changed password and all. I am having to carry 2 phones around just to fulfil orders on the old phone. it says technical issues, please help
